The sad thing here is that instead of just saying it was a mistake, the WH concentrates on trying to make you believe you didn’t see what you just saw. This man does not need to be the President, even if you like him. This is cruel to him, and downright scary for us.
The clips of the press secretary trying to cover for him just go from bad to worse. Also very telling, not even the usual fawning members of the Press Corps can ignore this, the reporter who started all the questions was from ABC.
