He’s right about this. Obama is more than welcome to show up & support Democratic candidates; nobody wants Joe Biden anywhere near him (except Charlie Crist, I hear). Having Biden show up at one of your campaign events is like wearing a “Kick Me” sign.
However, Obama is dead-on in this observation he recently made:
‘We spend enormous amounts of time and energy and resources pointing out the latest crazy thing he [Trump] said, or how rude or mean some of these Republican candidates behaved,’ Obama said.
That’s probably not something that in the minds of most voters overrides their basic interests — Can I pay the rent? What are gas prices? How am I dealing with childcare?’’
DUH. Love Trump or hate him, he hasn’t been President for 2 years, and the entire country is going in the toilet. Your obsession with Trump is unbelievable; nobody cares about your little J6 committee, they’re worried about affording food, gas, jobs, crime, etc. Stop yammering endlessly about abortion and transgender children, for Pete’s sake.
