While Belles usually have nothing to do with trashy folks of any kind, this book is worth getting just for the cover photo. I think I’ve seen this woman in every Walmart I’ve ever been to.
But on the serious side, there are some very down-home recipes in here that are good. Can save your life if you are unexpectedly gifted with a ‘possum that your grandson killed, and wants you to cook for him! (Young hunters are enthusiastic about everything!)
